STRONG MAMA & BABY (INDOORS) *Run November - March*
Mum & Baby/Toddler Circuit Classes
1hr Class, split into:
30Mins indoor circuit class designed to improve fitness levels, build strength and feel great.
30Mins Time to Chat with a Cuppa; meet new friends and nurture that all important mum tribe.
Suitable for Mums who are 8wks PP plus (12wks C-section delivery)
Babies and toddlers are welcome with age-appropriate equipment and toys included to keep little ones entertained whilst you workout!
Cost: from £6.50 per session

STRONG MAMA & BUGGY (OUTDOORS) *Run April - October*
1hr Class, loosely split into:
30-45Mins walk, warm up, workout and cool down
15-30Mins Time to Chat
Great way to get your body moving, take in some fresh air and meet other ladies in this fun, relaxed and mixed ability workout group.
No fancy pram needed!
Little ones can stay in the pram or in warmer weather feel free to bring a mat and some toys for them to play with!
Suitable for Mums who are 8wks PP plus (12wks C-section delivery)
