POSTNATAL REHABILITATION COURSE - 6 WEEKS

4weeks+

Postnatal Restore course focusing on Pelvic Floor, Abdominals and re-aligning that 'Pregnancy Posture', setting the foundations to ensure you recover STRONG after having a Baby/Children. All tailored to your specific Postnatal recovery (Remember you are always postnatal no matter how old your little/big ones are!).

POSTNATAL FITNESS CLASSES - OUTDOORS

8weeks+

Postnatal Exercise class for Mums where your Babies, Toddlers come along too!

Exercises will be low-medium impact (with modifications for higher impact for progression) and focused around improving strength, fitness and getting you feeling STRONG.

Weekly 1hour class split into:
30 - 45Mins Workout (Including Warm up, Workout and Cool Down)
15- 30mins of much needed time to chat with other mamas.

POSTNATAL FITNESS CLASSES - ONLINE

For those who prefer to workout from home, aren't based near a class location or if you wish to add in extra workouts/week.

LADIES ONLY FITNESS CLASSES

Exercise class for all Ladies!

Focused around building strength, fitness and listening to good music!

We do circuit based exercise varying the use of bodyweight, dumbbells', resistance bands, TRX and steps!

Mixed Ability

Weekly 45mins class
