A BIT ABOUT ME...

Hi I'm Shani,

I Trained to become a fitness instructor after having my first child with the intent to help postnatal women train safely, giving them the guidance and knowledge needed when returning to exercise after having a child.

Fast forward 5 Years and I'm now also a Personal Trainer and a Mum of 2! - time flies when you're having fun! ;-)

Fitness for me has been life changing, before becoming a 'gym-goer' I suffered with Chronic hip and back pain and after trying everything the only thing that helped me was getting stronger, especially in my glutes, abdominals and pelvis stabilisers.

My Specialities/Interests:

- Prenatal, Postnatal, Peri/Menopause Training

- Core and Pelvic Floor Strengthening

- Exercise for Beginners

- Functional Training

I absolutely love Shani's exercise classes. She is encouraging, helpful and always makes the classes fun. Using a variety of exercise types she keeps motivation high and is able to adjust for all levels of fitness. Cannot recommend enough, especially if you are feeling nervous about getting fit after having a baby - Shani is the person for you!
