A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Shani, I'm a Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Fitness instructor, a mum of 2 little people and I love coffee! That's why you'll almost always find a coffee shop close by to class locations!


Having children is blummin hard work, both physically and mentally. So Strong Mama Fitness is all about bringing both focuses together!

We'll build on your physical strength via programs that take you through all stages of motherhood and beyond.

Then we'll spend time nourishing our mental health with time to chat incorporated at the end of each class, Because l know all too well chatting with other mamas is sooo important to release the mental strains parenthood brings.

I absolutely love Shani's exercise classes. She is encouraging, helpful and always makes the classes fun. Using a variety of exercise types she keeps motivation high and is able to adjust for all levels of fitness. Cannot recommend enough, especially if you are feeling nervous about getting fit after having a baby - Shani is the person for you!
